Stefan Lan

His filmmaking journey began early in his early teens, making experimental shorts with a super 8mm camera. Determined to develop his passion into something actionable, he studied Film Production at Boston University and subsequently joined the union, contributing as a gaffer to notable feature films and TV shows. Stefan continues to channel his love for storytelling, working with clients to realize specific visuals and establish a distinct tone, particularly in the realm of commercial work.
Paolo marchica

Paolo Marchica, born into a lineage of film editors (3 generations) and Jazz musicians, boasts an innate understanding of storytelling. Fueling his cinematic passion from a young age, he began bidding for editing jobs at 13, evolving into a master of animation and business. Paolo embodies a unique blend of artistic prowess and entrepreneurial spirit.
johanna waldron
Executive producer
Johanna began her film making career while studying at Purchase College. She has worked in various segments of the industry including commercial, documentary, broadcast, and narrative film/tv. She found her love of narrative film making through the prop department, and continues to grow creatively while working on projects with Nova Kino. With her extensive research and procurement skills, she has the ability to create various worlds for her projects, while maintaining strong client-based relationships.

Rojea, a distinguished alumnus of the University of the West Indies, serves as the Head of VFX and 3D at Nova Kino. With a career marked by early achievements and collaborations with several esteemed clients, he has rapidly risen in the field. Renowned for his acute understanding of contemporary trends, particularly among younger demographics, Rojea consistently demonstrates a commitment to mastering the latest advancements in software and technology. His leadership and expertise play a pivotal role in driving our team to produce exceptional and innovative visual effects and 3D renderings.

Estephanie brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, with 6 years specializing in sales and business development.
